Order Processing

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.

Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

• Purchases excluding final sale can be returned. Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:
• The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
• The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
• The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits and Swimwear)
• The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
• Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
• The item has the returns ribbon still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
• A receipt and proof of purchase is available.

Gianna Mucci reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Gianna Mucci.
